Sacred Circle Work (2 hour class)

Description: This process-oriented class helps attendees to feel the deep knowing that is present through Inner Wisdom and the Power of Being. Students practice sitting with Quiet Presence, thus resonating in a high vibrational energy to their own truth and sharing this truth with others. This practice includes learning about ancient traditions such as using a marriage basket as a talking stick and invoking safety and containership. Students learn how to be with themselves and with each other in a loving, safe and spiritual container and how to get the most out of Sacred Circle.
