Imagine yourself watching a dramatic play – the actor struggles to break free from a force keeping him or her imprisoned (emotionally or physically.) You are not the actor in this play – you are not bound by the actor’s thoughts, feelings, ancient agreements still rigidly clung to without understanding. You are beyond the actor… You are more than your body. You’re more than the problems that occupy your waking moments and physical body.
Teresa’s counseling is based on this basic concept – the idea that you are spirit – divine essence. The closer to God (Source, Oneness) you become through healing and personal growth and human evolution, the more you will release yourself from physical and emotional struggle.
Teresa believes and counsels based on the truth that all paths take you closer to that source, and it is your divine right to be free from pain, worry and emotional struggle.
